DIRECTIONS FROM THE N2 • Take the Liesbeek Parkway offramp. • Turn left into Liesbeek Parkway if coming from Cape Town direction, right into Liesbeek Parkway if coming from the airport direction. • Pass Hartleyvale sports grounds on left hand side, go through one set of lights (Station / Observatory Rd). • Take next set of lights left into road through rugby fields, which leads to Black River Park entrance. • Targe Capital Office is on the 2nd floor of the Old Warehouse Building, facing the visitors parking lot.
